The Subdistrict Coordination Meeting (Rakorcam) is one of the key activities in the implementation of the 2020 Population Census. This event serves as a coordination platform between subdistrict and village-level government officials and the local BPS (Statistics Indonesia) office. In addition to discussing the implementation of the 2020 Population Census, the Rakorcam also included a brief explanation on how to fill out the 2020 Online Population Census, as well as data confirmation related to IDSLS (Local Environment Unit Identity) and the boundaries of each village, which will be used in the Interview Census in July 2020.
The Rakorcam in Wasile Subdistrict was attended by the Head of the Subdistrict Office along with the Subdistrict Secretary, and the Village Heads along with each Village Secretary from across Maba City Subdistrict, as well as community leaders. The event was opened by the Head of BPS East Halmahera Regency, and the speakers were staff members from BPS East Halmahera Regency. The event took place on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, at the Wasile Subdistrict Office Hall.
