Abstract

Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services mandates that public service providers are obliged to carry out evaluation of the performance of public service implementers within the organization periodically and continuously. BPS as one of the public service providers, carries out this obligation through the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey aims to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and BPS public services.SKD is routinely held once a year. In 2020, SKDs will be held in 514 BPS work units, namely Central BPS, 34 Provincial BPS and 479 Regency / City BPS. One of the presentations of the 2021 SKD results is in the form of a publication entitled "Analysis of the 2021 Data Needs Survey Results" as a form of a report on the implementation of SKD. This publication contains descriptive analysis of consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and customer satisfaction with data quality. Data is presented in the form of tables, graphs and infographics. Some of the main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
