Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Halmahera Timur Regency, 2024

This publication presents an analysis of the results of the 2024 Survei Kebutuhan Data (SKD) conducted at PST BPS Halmahera Timur Regency. The 2024 SKD results were analyzed to gather information on consumer characteristics, data needs, satisfaction with data quality, and satisfaction with services. The analytical methods used include descriptive analysis through tables and charts, cross-tabulation analysis, gap analysis, Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA), the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or Indeks Kepuasan Konsumen (IKK), and the Anti-Corruption Behavior Index (IPAK).Based on the analysis, the 2024 SKD implementation at PST BPS Halmahera Timur Regency generally proceeded well. This is evidenced by the data collection achievement at PST BPS Halmahera Timur Regency, which exceeded the target, reaching 34 service users (113%). Consumers at PST BPS Halmahera Timur Regency were predominantly from local government institutions (44.12%). This is further reflected in the highest percentage of primary occupations being civil servants, military, or police personnel (55.88%). The most utilized service at PST BPS Halmahera Timur Regency was access to statistical products via the website, accounting for 61.90% of use. Additionally, 100% of consumers from ministries/agencies/local government offices (K/L/OPD) in PST BPS Halmahera TimurRegency used BPS data as a basis for planning, monitoring, and evaluating development. The Anti-Corruption Behavior Index at PST BPS Halmahera Timur Regency was scored at 98.00%, indicating that the majority of consumers were highly satisfied with the anti-corruption behavior in the services provided at PST BPS Halmahera Timur Regency.
