Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Halmahera Timur Regency 2023

Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services mandates that public service providers are obliged to carry out evaluations of the performance of public service implementers within the organization on a regular and ongoing basis. Statistics Indonesia (BPS) as one of the public service providers, carries out this obligation through the Analysis of Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey aims to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and BPS public services.SKD is routinely held once a year. In 2023, SKD will be held in 514 BPS work units, namely at Central level, 34 Provincial level, and 479 Regency/City level. One of the presentations of the 2023 SKD results is in the form of a publication with the title "Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Halmahera Timur Regency 2023" as a form of report on the implementation of the SKD. This publication contains descriptive analysis of consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and consumer satisfaction with data quality. Data is presented in the form of tables, graphs, and infographics. Some of the main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).This publication was made possible thanks to good cooperation between related work units.
